I am beyond thrilled to announce that I am now the Co-Founder of Fight Forward, a cause that is deeply personal and close to my heart. To stand alongside the phenomenal Lesley Sackey on this mission is an absolute honour, and I cannot wait to help shape the next chapter of Fight Forward’s journey.
Fight Forward is more than just an organisation, it’s a movement. Our mission is to empower 100,000 survivors of domestic abuse to triumph over trauma through the transformative power of boxing. We believe that every woman deserves to reclaim her strength, rebuild her confidence, and rewrite her story.
My passion for supporting women, helping them find their voice, and step into their power has been at the heart of everything I do, and this role allows me to continue that mission in an even bigger way. Through initiatives like The Fight Back Club, we provide survivors with a safe space to heal, grow, and rediscover their power, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. It’s about fighting forward, together.

This 10-week programme is intentionally designed to challenge, uplift, and transform.
Up to 20 women (both survivors & non-survivors) will participate in up to 5 training sessions per week ranging from early morning runs, strength and conditioning training, boxing skills & sparring. A 360-degree approach to healing. Join a weekly boxing session (non-contact), led by expert female boxing coaches, to help reconnect with your bodies, release tension, and build confidence.
